Order Processing and Delivery
Once an order has been received in our system, it can take approximately 2 business days to process and ship. Domestic delivery will take approximately 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times. We only ship to addresses located within The United States of America at this time.
Our business hours are Monday – Saturday, 10:00am – 6:00pm EST. Orders placed after 5:00pm EST will be shipped the following business day.
Shipments will be sent via USPS or FedEx. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number.If you have not received your order, your order is damaged, or you require an exchange, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Failure to contact us in a timely manner may affect your ability to return any damaged products to us.
You agree that we may charge you any sales taxes collected in your jurisdiction as applicable when ordering any of our products.
Free local delivery is available on all orders in the Miami-Dade county. Orders must be placed before 2pm EST in order for them to be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be delivered the next day.
